Return and Refund Policy

At Downunderlust Canvas, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of handmade products, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the item’s character.

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
