All products sold by Downunderlust Canvas are handmade. As each item is individually crafted, slight variations in colour, fabric placement, sizing, or finish may occur. These are not considered faults and form part of the handmade nature and uniqueness of the product.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including where pricing errors or stock issues occur.

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production or shipping has already begun.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Payment is required in full before orders are processed and shipped. We accept payment methods made available through our website checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated processing times listed on our website. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and postal services.

Downunderlust Canvas is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect shipping information supplied by customers, or circumstances outside our control.
